You have to be extremely careful with Where you buy your meat if you are planning on eating it raw. It is not unhealthy but you can get serious illnesses if it is not correctly cleaned up ﹠ from a decent butcher，which most of the times will make your meat Expensive，but it is worth it because you probably won’t get an infection from it. But it’s still risky ﹠ you must be aware of that，even if it comes from a Top 1 Butcher Shop.

White Meat like Birds，Rabbit，Frogs are Off - Limits due to excess of bacteria in them. I still eat them in small amounts but I really do not recommend because it is Too Risky. Do not even eat it undercooked.

Fish is A - Okay ❕ The parasites ﹠ bacteria that appear in raw white ﹠ red meat are different ﹠ more dangerous than the ones you'd find in raw fish.
