WAIT LITERALLY?.... I was told eating raw meat was bad but it genuinely appears as if it's so delicious like why ππ IT LOOKS MORE DELICIOUS THAN MOST COOKED MEATS TO ME AHAHA...
You have to be extremely careful with Where you buy your meat if you are planning on eating it raw. It is not unhealthy but you can get serious illnesses if it is not correctly cleaned up οΉ from a decent butcherοΌwhich most of the times will make your meat ExpensiveοΌbut it is worth it because you probably wonβt get an infection from it. But itβs still risky οΉ you must be aware of thatοΌeven if it comes from a Top 1 Butcher Shop.
White Meat like BirdsοΌRabbitοΌFrogs are Off - Limits due to excess of bacteria in them. I still eat them in small amounts but I really do not recommend because it is Too Risky. Do not even eat it undercooked.
Fish is A - Okay β The parasites οΉ bacteria that appear in raw white οΉ red meat are different οΉ more dangerous than the ones you'd find in raw fish.
Reminder that I am no Professional. I do my researches on meat with the help of my MumοΌa Nutritionist. Due to my extreme issues with my stomach I follow a Raw Feeding Diet that she set up for me. Stay safe.

Borderpolar, oh my I've never heard about this, how does it work, in your words?
Borderpolar is a term used for the diagnosis of both Borderline Personality Disorder οΉ Bipolar Disorder. It works like β¦ Hell. Something that I noticed is that the symptoms of both illnesses exaggerate each other. The emotions I feel are so intense that it hurts physically οΉ any inconvenience feels like itβs the end of the world. I experience ( hypo ) maniaοΌeuphoriaοΌextreme waves of depressionοΌetc. I also Feel like my mood swings so quickly that I do not notice that it changed οΌbut I am not sure if this is due my diagnosis.
