Is it true that your sub is free now (retainers not included) since you were a legacy person? Someone said something like this to me in game once

It's not free, but Legacy Players do get a discounted sub! 9.99 a month. Though, having played subbed from the beginning of 2.0 to now, I shudder to think about how much that comes out to in total.
