I don't quite understand what we are supposed to link as samples on the artist application, specially since later on we have to share a portfolio... is it not the same?
Samples are a little different than a portfolio because they give us a quick glimpse into your art, what you like to draw, and your preferred style. Samples will be what you consider your best work and can still be included in your portfolio if you so choose to do so. Think of them kind of like previews that are meant to pique the moderators ' interest.
