What is meant by asking for a portfolio while also asking for apps to stay anonymous? Seems contradictory?

A portfolio can be anonymous by using such things as Google Drive and keeping names out as much as possible. You are free to do as you wish but we would prefer to keep it as anonymous as possible to remain unbiased.
