can you review incognet? i didn't know you had a wife lol

Incognet is one that I have actually been asked to review a couple times now.

They require you to make an account on their website with an email and password, which isn't that bad I suppose. Though, I do think it's odd for an alleged “privacy focused” company to require you to make an account to ask them a question before even purchasing their service.

Anyway, that aside, I made an account on incognet, and I found the dashboard doesn't work. I was constantly redirected to the log-in page when trying to open a ticket to contact them. So, I wasn't even able to contact them, I tried on multiple browsers and no matter what, I just couldn't get through to the actual dashboard for long enough to get in contact with them.

Incognet is the only service so far which has immediately soured my experience before I was even able to reach out to them.

Is it possible for me to dive into their policies in the future? yeah, it's possible. But, I just think there are companies which make themselves far more accessible and desirable who I'd rather reach out to first. Like Kyun the first provider to be added to my article after its original publication.
