Okay the trick I use to draw hands but that can also work for other things : try to convince yourself that you know what the hell you're doing. It may sound stupid but the confidence it gives you often gives better results. I have NO CLUE of how to draw hands but sometimes a little "Don't overthink it, just do it" really helps
