L O L yeah, I wanted vampires to have some heightened sense of smell compared to humans because they are a supernatural predator, but they're still more sight based and don't get all the nuances with scent a wolf would. He had to get close to Cheol to learn the general scent. I will also clarify that he doesn't specifically suspect Cheol, in part because of the "tracking one of my pack" explanation, but just a wolf in general and Cheol can't officially be ruled out. And he's not happy. Wow he should really go give that stupid wolf a piece of his mind.
