I haven't figured the exact way things will go down for Odd, but I'm picturing Odd's ending (or at least, bookending the current Arc he's in) as him finally sorting through everything that's happened to him and his loved ones back at home, at the things that can't be fixed or brought back, and him realizing that, even with all that has happened; he is still here, and alive, that he still feels and cares in spite of everything, and that just may be reason enough to come to terms and push forward, living in the here and now so he can better care for himself, his loved ones and the world around him.

I could also picture him becoming a Pokemon Professor in the future, using some of the studies he partook in college and the things he learned while collaborating with Giratina to put a focus on the Metaphysicality of Pokemon/the forces tied to them, as well as the interconnectedness of themselves with the wider world and how they effect each other
