Based. Rapist Scout is far too rare, in both ways really. With all the jokes about Scout being a virgin and a wimp and terrible with girls it's no surprise he'd be desperate. And knowing he's a mercenary and not above killing or beating on people, doubt he really cares much about consent. If it feels good for him or otherwise gets what he wants, he's gonna do it. Maybe stole the roofies from Medic's infirmary after lying about needing them as sleep medication. But they aren't even in sleep med form, so Scout kind of gives himself away by asking for those specific pills. But he gets them anyway. Not Medic's problem, he'll just have to make sure to keep his own drinks covered better regardless of whether Scout tries anything on him.
