The tl;dr is that most people in the leadership have access as well as some people in our social media team. However... due to the recent changes completely breaking Tweetdeck teams, it's kind of hard to provide the same level of interaction with people as before; the service we're currently using to get anything out at all seems more suited to the old post and donowall strat. I do think we have generally went into a less active state on Twitter even before that, probably because Hata has (perhaps wisely) decided to mostly direct his attentions to actually directing site content (I'm really impressed by our writers and editors' dedication). Personally I have soft quit any twitter scrolling (I might respond to mentions or rt+like whatever image the algorithm decides to notify me about day) and don't plan to return until there is a free tweetdeck-like view with the teams feature incorporated.
