yeah maybe that's the case, although happy seems like the most convenient attribute imo (although then again, so was cute for saki6, yet they did happy, for some reason).
yeah i still think it's probably len. i do hope they eventually give n25 meiko another 4* tho.
as for the "spam or starve" thing… yeah that's true. i remember seeing someone mention that while n25 did just get 4 3dmvs in a row for the covers, they only got one last year? so i kinda get what you mean. it's funny, but ultimately i'm interested in seeing how these weird rotation choices eventually make sense in the long term (or whether they do at all lol)
maybe they'll do cute mmj just because of that haha (meiko hasn't had a cute 4* in over three years so...? i believe)
also, i believe the best bet for niigo meiko right now is VD. perhaps she gets like 3 4* in less than a year like l/n kaito did (and all of his were cool, for some fucking reason), to compensate having gone MIA for so long
and thats right, niigo only had one cover 3DMV last year (it was a very nice june), so i guess they got five (dont forget envy baby!) this year to compensate? Actually i just counted the amount of cover 3DMVs per unit and:
l/n - 14
mmj - 12
vbs - 12
wxs - 13
niigo - 14
niigo isnt even that ahead of the rest; they are tied with l/n, hilariously. so while getting so many 3DMVs may be odd, they're actually on par with everyone else, and simply happened to get a lot. this is probably the end of the spam though, at least until mmj and vbs get new cover 3DMVs because they seem to balance the amount of cover 3DMVs
