hi again! honestly surprised by the lineup. i had seen some people predict kohane (which, in hindsight, should've been more obvious to me), but rui was a bit of a surprise! this does probably mean the ny can be a n25 focus, though… kanade seems to fit greatly, but putting her with minori again… dear god we may be getting yet another airi lim aren't we😭
also, this is technically spoilers, but the event shop lineup is also great! i'm actually surprised they're been finally giving characters the rarities they're due… ichiena 2* and mizunene 3* for when though.
and finally… it being a rui focus does elevate the chances of next wxs event being emu6 instead of rui5, huh? it's not necessarily impossible for him to still be next: the nenemix3 to nene5 distance was comically short, but still.
as for my predictions for ny, i'll keep it short:
bf 4*: an (pure) & len (anything but cute)
4*: kanade, airi>minori, mmj kaito>n25 kaito (pure? hesitant bc of airi)
as for event shop, i was thinking ena 2*? but that's also very possible in the next n25 event. 3* could be airi if minori's the 4*, somehow, or mizuki, but i'm iffy on that one considering they were last year's ny focus… ugh😭
heya! kohane and luka were expected, but rui focus was definitely a surprise haha. but yeah, this means NY kanade focus is quite likely (unless they do airi focus). whether she's with minori or airi... flip a coin!
also yes, with ruimix3 here, if there's a wxs event in january (which i think is likely because of the stream guests), i heavily doubt it's rui, because he's now at 4* cap + the shortest gap between focuses of the same character is three events, so no way rui5 is in january. it may actually be emu6 after all
for NY... i mostly agree with you:
4* kanade + airi/minori + mmj kaito, and shop shizuku and ena is my guess. if it's shizuku shop, 4* airi probably makes more sense. and bfes would be an and len
im not so sure about the pure attribute, because we've had a lot of pure events lately + airi got a pure lim just three months ago, but kaito really needs a pure 4* lmao
at this point, though, i think it's easy to say that akito likely won't be NY focus; i'm not really feeling him being in two mixeds in a row. while they've done it before (like tsukasa in lsh then anni3)... eh. kanade seems very likely imo
i think my spec for NY is wrong somewhere, somehow, though. it can't be that simple, imo
