hmm… honaka + luka/meiko actually makes a bit of sense. maybe mizuki 3* and ichika 2*, then? to have space for possible new interactions or smth. also to give them event cards considering they're due, and nene should probably appear in a wxs event as a 3* next month, probably? otherwise she's also possible.
as for valentine's… mizumafu + minori > tsukasa definitely seem like the good choices… but i think the 4* cap may be raised soon anyways? miku will soon be at 22, like i said, and the only characters left at 19 are minori, luka and rin. minori and luka are probably appearing this month, and then rin could appear as a 4* in the next group event? so len could have a chance.
as for the 4* in a row thing… true, but i wouldn't be surprised if they also break that, atp. i mostly agree with your predictions, though (all of n25 getting vd 4* would be foul tho, so maybe it could be tsukasa instead of mizuki?)
yeah that was pretty much my spec haha. honakana+VS, with shop mizuki and ichika. nene instead of mizuki could work too, and mizuki's in like. kanade5 in march/april
other than that, don't have much to add. tsukasa instead of mizuki would work if they dgaf about the VD -> enstars lim gap. im feeling len on WD more though, tbh, but we'll see what they do...!
i agree with rin in the february unit event, and luka in either the perm mix this month or next, while meiko's in the other
