While it's been made clear that Jules got better after the trauma of being turned into a living weapon (albeit not to the extent of Eva) I gotta ask...what was the interim period like? I can't imagine it being easy for anyone involved- especially not Will and Shauna, who've probably been afraid of stuff like that happening if someone ever found out.
Oh it was rough once the adrenaline finally wears off. Jules takes it like a champ of course but even with Will's intervention it was still months of physical and psychological rehab.
Will and Shauna also moved her back to Kalos to stay with Marceline and detox because the transition period for Zirca right after Xavion's death was also major stressful for all parties involved and Jules, despite what she says, couldn't have handled the responsibilities of a freshly-appointed gym leader in that time period just yet. Also Korrina and the rest of their friends are there so at least their daughter would be very well protected during that vulnerable stage.
