newbie question, are there solo options for hypnosis kink outside of written works and audio recordings?

Outside of, like, art and video, I don't know of many options save for self-hypnosis. Though I can't personally claim any success - I think it requires a certain self-control of conscious experience - but I have seen it done, and it's just as possible as practicing with a partner 😄
