So, what I will eat for Christmas ! Well it’s actually a bit particular because, in my mother’s culture, during celebratory days, they always prepare some sort of stew, with meat and mushrooms, that you eat with rice.

So we’ll eat just that for Christmas, and the meat will be a “poularde”, a fattened hen who hasn’t lay any egg yet, their meat is especially choice I’m telling you 😋

Also before that, we will eat some foie gras with bread as starters ☺️ and as dessert, a Yule log ! ✨
