for funger 1 it has to be the dark priests and the yellow mages. im going by design since ive never played funger 1, but to me the designs of these guys go HARD. especially the dark priest. as for funger 2, i really like the crimson father, death mask, and i know they arent "regular" enemies but i like pocketcat, perkele, heartless one and... 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 samarie— i mean dysmorphia... and valkyrie too!
