I mainly don't headcanon Dysmorphia or Cocoon having any genitalia per se, but I like to think Dysmorphia has the nerve ends under her barbie anatomy (think like some variations of nullification where the person can still hump things/partners), and Cocoon's anatomy is a little more confusing so I prefer to think about Marina whenever possible, but I do think she'd enjoy anal stimulation a lot.
