Well, to name a few off the top of my head:

🚫Aggravated Assault (Multiple Counts; Pardoned via Self-Defense on All Accounts and Elio justly acting on International Poaching Laws)

🚫Illegal Possession (Pokemon; Depends on the region. Would later be overturned due to geopolitical backlash)

🚫Theft (Overruled via Liberation and Return of Stolen Goods; Another Instance of Elio justly acting on International Poaching Laws)

🚫Genocide (Has the Body Count of a Small City; Overruled due to justly acting on International Poaching Laws)

🚫"Enhanced Interrogation Techniques" <Human Rights Violation> (Overruled since there's no "evidence" to prove it and all cases involved poaching, thus doubling back to Elio justly acting on International Poaching Laws. Also, Elio doesn't count it as a "Human Rights Violation" since poachers aren't considered 'human' in his eyes.)

🚫Eco-Terrorism (Multiple Accounts; Glossed over due to Elio's usage of Velek's authority over the planet to repair the damage caused either by an intense battle or through his usual conflicts with poaching groups.)

🚫Vigilantism/Obstruction of Justice (Multiple Accounts; Specifically in Unova when dealing with Ultra Wormhole and Chrono-Spatial Distortion Phenomena, which requires certification to assist)

🚫Defamation (Multiple Counts; Pardoned via being rooted in facts and presented evidence that aided in Interpol Investigation)

🚫Mutilation: (Multiple Accounts; Had either broke off limbs with his aura-enhanced bare hands or cleaning sliced off by Wulfreing's refined edge. There are times when he (un)intentionally castrated somebody via pot shot low-blows. Victims are usually Pokemon Poachers or complete scumbags messing with him and/or his friends in some way. Overruled due to a "lack of evidence" pointing towards Elio's involvement - especially since he has solid alibis ready.)

If you couldn't tell, he would later get off Scot-free and be rewarded in most cases, soooo... ¯(ツ)/¯
