I don't know much about singed bc he's not a character that really catches my attention. To me he seems like he's just vibing mad scientist style. Obsessed with preserving life at all costs likely informed by a past loss. Will definitely be wrapped up in the WW plot, and Jinx will possibly have contact with him too. Might have more scenes with Viktor as well. But he's sort of a minor character. I don't think he will have significant impact outside of WW stuff.
