its feels a little inconsistent as far as her writing how nervous and shy she was when Vi came onto her and how quickly she jumps into bed with a subordinate. Maddie being a rebound tells me that Caitlyn has probably had a few women in her life before Vi, though nothing serious. I think Vi is the first time she's felt in love. Obviously, dating Maddie would be uh... what's the word... controversial? Not really something allowed? Ambessa comments on it in a negative way. Maddie is her subordinate, she's her boss, it is morally questionable - but this is all true for Vi to, to a more extreme degree really with how much power she has over Vi. It's yet to be seen if she's a womanizer, I guess if she starts two timing getting with Vi again and not breaking up with Maddie first you could call her that. Caitlyn is obviously a pretty selfish person, she'll use people for her own pleasure/coping and not think much about it.
