As stated in his profile, Coeus is floating somewhere on the gray-A spectrum. For him, it mostly means being very rarely sexually and romantically attracted to people (romantically even more). He does experience sexual desire but his sex-drive is usually quite low.
For the majority of his life he would just take care of it himself when the need arised (and I do mean WHEN it arised, he didn't really care about doing it at work if he was alone in the lab at the time lol he has little consideration for others). Most of his experiences with sex are more related to curiosity than desire: satiating it was what he sought first and foremost during his very first time, he wanted to experience himself what others were raving and acting like primates about to try and understand it. Without much surprise having intercourse with the first male colleague who accepted his very blunt proposition wasn't really good and he just assumed sex with a partner was more headache for less pleasure and kept it at that. His curiosity really only resurfaced after hooking up with Hunter and realizing he might have jumped to conclusions a little fast, so now his curiosity (and his craving for physical touch) is back in full swing to the point where you might assume he has a higher libido than he does.
Coeus is kind of a pillow princess in bed, especially if it's his desire that instigated sex: he wants to get off first and foremost and it wouldn't really come to his mind to help the other reach orgasm if not asked for, though he's discovering an interest in observing the other's reaction to him touching them, sometimes a little too closely and seemingly coldly than might be comfortable for most (though there is def not only cold scientific analysis going on when he does, gotta keep in mind that he has spent most of his life exploring only his own body (or more like. Finding the quickest, easiest way to relieve sexual needs) so there is much he has to learn about what arouses him). He is very loud and quite clingy, since he isn't really used to doing it with someone else he also tends to scratch without really realizing it in the moment. He also gets sleepy quickly after lol

Hunter's relationship to sexuality has been… Complicated to say the least. Most of his youth he has identified strongly with being a stone butch and he only has ever so slightly softened, a lot of things are still off the table for him (starting with any form of penetration, that's still a hard no to this day). He had to fight both a lot of trauma and bullshit religious ideas around sex before he was even able to engage with it, though he def was able to heal some of it through having positive, consensual experiences with his first few girlfriends. He has always been much more interested in his partner's pleasure than his own, feeling his partner melt under his touch is his favorite and he likes to whisper sweet nothings and lightly tease them when they're in this state of unravelling.
He's fairly adaptable, he can be purely gentle or rough (though he's not really into doing much more than biting, hair pulling and perhaps some slapping, he's never enjoyed straight up hitting girls or name-calling even if they enjoy/ask for it (now. Coeus on the other hand-)). Usually he's fairly quick to start taking care of his partner after, though he's not adverse to cuddling either; what can I say he likes making people feel comfortable (BELIEVE IT OR NOT).
Funnily enough with Coeus he kind of like. accidentally is exploring being more dominant, egoistic and rough lol when I say in his profile that he is gyneflexible I really do mean 'he likes women AND he has to admit he does find this morally objectionnable ghoul fuckable'. Having sex with another man/masc person that he on top kind of hold in contempt is unlocking some parts of himself that he probably didn't think could meld with sexual desire. It doesn't mean he is purely rough/disregards Coeus' pleasure but he is kind of given the opportunity to explore putting his pleasure first without guilt and without feeling like he is mirroring his trauma by imposing himself on someone, and Coeus being both very curious and starved for touch really helps because he takes away the burden of initiating it and gives Hunter an 'excuse' to pretend the reason he can act like this is because Coeus is pestering him in the first place. It kind of becomes a little game that they are both aware of but won't acknowledge out loud.
At the end of the day, he'll still care for Coeus after in one way or another, even if it's not immediate or if it's by dragging him to the bathroom claiming he's not going to just let him simmer in sweat and fluids lol

Gage has pretty much had his sex drive nullified by the experiments done to him (it probably also rendered him possibly infertile tbh) Even when he walks in on Hunter and Coeus fooling around it doesn't arouse him one bit. He can bath with Hunter butt naked or sleep between his legs with his head right on his crotch it doesn't do anything to him.
Now, when it comes to his thirst for blood and domination over the weaker than him, it could reignite some old sex drive (after all, before he was experimented on, sex, violence and death were intimately linked for him), so I guess you could say him craving to sink his teeth into Valeriy's neck means in some way he is attracted to him, though he is… More likely to kill him first and foremost.
Christer himself (so, who he was before becoming Gage) was mostly straight (might have had a bit of a repressed bisexual leaning, but he was insecure enough in his androgyny without likening himself even more 'to a girl' (his thought process not mine) so there was no way he would admit or explore this). He got off only to humiliating and hurting others, tbh he probably wouldn't even have been able to perform without having this total domination over the other. He would never accept being anywhere but on top and would loathe being called cute or being generally babied by his victims when he was in the luring stage.

Not included in the ask, but speaking of Valeriy, he just has no experience with it. The poor thing does not even know how babies are made. He is 21 and he still gets kind of startled when he gets hard, he just nervously waits for it to go away, he has too much shame towards his body to indulge in it.
Well, actually god knows what happened in that barn, but he most likely does not even comprehend it as sexual assault yet (to be fair, it 100% would have been done purely to inflict pain, so how could he even make this link) so I'm not counting it as 'experience'.
