He just makes do with the clothes that are given to him, so he either wears only a top on his middle half or he wears two tops and one bottom (most of the time just underwear, sometimes also shorts). Sometimes Coeus or Hunter will help him tie the useless sleeves if he's wearing something on his arm-less upper half, that way the cold can't get through and they don't dangle in the way. Either way Valeriy is not comfortable with his body and neither option really hide his particular anatomy so it's mostly a question of how warm it is.

At some point Hunter also gives him work gloves to protect his hands when walking outside (only around the house ofc), the ones who are cut resistant and non-slip with reinforced palms. Val also might get some regular gloves when it gets colder to just wear around the house so his hands don't get too cold walking on the tiles, so in a way they do end up adapting to his anatomy a bit.
