I do use references 99% of the time. I'm actually really really bad at coming up with poses from my imagination OTL for nsfw references, porn is literally your best friend (￣▽￣)ゞ no joke, especially nowadays I just go on pornhub to search for whatever I want to draw that day and when I find a good video I just do screenshots. Otherwise following sex workers on SNS is also good, I find that a lot of them take really good pictures of themselves, just be sure to ask if you're going to heavily reference one of their pictures !
