Katie, Katie! You’re so full of positivity and it got me wondering; how do you cope when you’re feeling out of energy? Other words, it’s the time when you’re feeling down. Mayhaps you can share your tips to motivate the other! And by the way, have a good one today, precious. ⭑

What a sweet dove you are! I’m not sure if this is any helpful, but whenever I feel at my lowest, I tend to distance myself from others. Interacting can get really draining if it’s not done genuinely, especially when I don’t have the energy to do so. It’s very important to find a distraction, or better yet, I take this as a chance to prioritize my wants and needs. I would watch movies, continue reading books, or simply try get through the day by talking to my boyfriend (or anyone I trust to show that flawed side of mine.) You can’t do lots of things when you’re out of energy as I think it’s your body’s way of saying you should take a break for a meantime, so what you should do is try to get some proper rest, get everything you wish done slowly and do not rush yourself. You will eventually heal as time passes and you will learn how to be genuinely happy and content again. I hope you only have to experience beautiful days, love, as I don’t want you to go through difficult days.
