Well .. the US plus the Brits plus the Turks silently agreed upon letting their former allies the Kurds fall victim to the Turkish military. This is how the other type of genocide works. When you are fighting with the big ones against ISIS or suchlike scum they tend to sacrifice them. This is a policy that can be learned from history.
