Not really, only the terms under which assholes can play their game would change. I still hear some idiots say upon such a question that if we would make it so they wanted to get "their" share of the women of other guys. This wasn't a joke. And do not forget that people almost never respect items that they regard as nobodies property and damage it just for fun or just by neglect and ignorance. In the end you get the same game as now, in any case to make things work better you need to get rid of the assholes.
