A man has been found guilty of a murder he committed when he was 13 years old - he’s now 41. Bearing in mind children get lighter sentences than adults: should he be sentenced as a child (as he was at the time) or as an adult (as he is now)?

In regard of questions of justice cultures and people offer a huge variety of option for such a case. In former times people who were found guilty to have commited crimes against the god(s) have been dug up long after their death and funeral to be hanged, burnt and the ashes were brought to a cursed place outside a cemetery. And the picture of those people was tortured and cursed and burnt as well. When your justice system is based upon the idea of universal revenge you might go to such extremes but when your justice system is based upon the idea of remedy of the damage you have other means at hand. I myself am a crossbreed. My emotions sometimes demand ultimate revenge porn, bloodshed, eternal suffering and monstrous torture. My sould seeks healing of the damage and my mind tells me that justice is a concept that creates much evil by itself that result in more damage and that justice also bears a tag with a "best before" date. After a human life span neither revenge porn nor remedy of damage works. Chose your decision wisely since most people will mindlessly vote for more or less revenge porn usually and will by such make a move to become more similar and alike to the criminal person.
