What’s the actual zine about?
The actual zine will feature different AUs based on the contributors prompts! Therefore you will see Klavier/Apollo in many different constellations and situations - away from "the canon!"

hi, when will mod app results be released? do u need more apps for any roles in particular?
Hello! Our schedule has slightly changed since the opening of our Interest Check (it has been updated on our Carrd), Mod App Results will be released on MAY 15! So far we have the least applications for "Finance" such as "Production/Shipping" Mods! We still encourage people to hand in their application until the 10th of may for whatever position they like!

Hi, sorry for doubling up on here and Tumblr, but I was curious about the application for financial mod. I'm assuming prior experience means specifically for those with prior financial moderation zine experience and not anyone with experience doing some form of bookkeeping, correct? Wishing everyone on the team the best of luck to make this all happen!
Hello there! Thank you for reaching out! Prior experience with finances/bookkeeping and money handling generally is definitely enough to apply as well! Of course prior financial moderation zine experience is welcome - but we have gotten some great applications of people handling other projects as well that we will consider as mods!

When you say AUs, do you mean completely divorced from canon? Like, for example (AA6 SPOILERS) would Klavier moving to Khura'in with Apollo not be the AU you were looking for? (Spoilers end) Would you prefer they were in a completely separate universe (fantasy, halloween monsters etc) instead?
Hello! Both, AUs close from canon such as AUs leaning to a different media will be allowed - rules will be clarified once the Interest Check closes and all mods have found together! :)

Can AUs be derivative of other media IE: howls moving castle au, pacific rim au, etc? Or should they be entirely original?

This might be silly but will the AUs have to be entirely "original" (e.g. coffee shop AU, FBI AU, historical AU...) or can they also be based on another franchise?
Hello! We will get deeper into what AUs will and won't be "allowed" once our Interest Check closes and our mods went over details, however we do plan on accepting AUs based on other franchises as well, even if with rules that will be pulished later on! Thank you for your question! :)

Question about AU types! Are ones as small as "Klavier shows up in aa6" fair game or do you only want AUs fully divorced from Canon? :)
Hello! Once our interest check closes and our mods find together we will get deeper into what AUs will or won't be allowed - however AUs close to canon are DEFINITELY welcome and can be done! :)

Not Zined before so apologies if this is a dumb question- but in my form for an expression of interest, I didn't see a place for my handle/art? Should I be posting that somewhere to be considered?
Hello! Do not worry, the Interest Check does NOT require a handle or examples just yet! The Interest Check is open to collect data about how many people are interested / what they wish to see to get an idea of how big the project turns out to be. This can be fully anonymously! :)

Hello! Our Zine can be rated as +16! We will keep the Zine SFW, blood and injuries may be displayed - but preferably in small quantities. Gore will not be allowed. Thank you for your great question!

Are artists who have never contributed to a zine before encouraged to apply? Or are you looking for people with more experience in the zine process?
All artists no matter if beginner or not are welcome to apply, you do not require Zine experience to apply or participate here as an artist and/or writer! When choosing participants our mods will look for different art styles and concepts mostly. Everyone is encouraged to apply!
