Hello! The short answer is no, we will not be enforcing a hard ban on stage play spoilers, and content from the play may still be allowed on a case-by-case basis.

The long answer: Our main concerns with spoilers from the stage plays are (1) to ensure that people who have not seen it can get a chance to watch it (e.g. from the blu-rays), and (2) that readers and creators can connect with the content in the zine. As you've rightly raised, the stage plays (both Zashikiwarashi and Bakeneko) will be Japan/Japanese-only, and most of the west is unlikely to have access to their content in English, which could very well make spoilers a moot point. Nonetheless, as we want to keep to keep the zine's content accessible for other fans who have not had a chance to catch the play, we would not encourage spoilers from the stage play. However, this is not a hard ban on stage play spoilers, and whether a pitch containing stage play spoilers will be approved ultimately depends on what is being pitched, and whether the mod team feels that it will be suitable content for the zine.
