What's your coping mechanism?
When I feel overwhelmed, I try to focus on self-care. I take a break to clear my mind, whether that's by going for a walk, practicing mindfulness, or talking things through with a friend. I find that staying active and making time for activities that help me relax is key to staying balanced.

For me, the best way to cope is either sleep or shopping.
