As long as it is not mean-spirited i don’t mind. I would have to feel close to them for this to be acceptable. I think it can be a form of aggression in which the aggressor can always say, “ oh... but I was just joking... why are you so sensitive?” Making it appear as if you have no reason to be upset. I like to tell my kids that if only one of us is laughing or enjoying it, then it’s not just playing of joking around.
