If someone of the gender you are not/or least attracted to you asked you to look at their private parts because they had some health concerns, would you?
If the person was really worried about it and had anxiety over it and we were really good friends, I just might. Don’t ask me why, but people like to tell me (quite often) about their medical issues like I’m their own personal physician’s assistant. It wouldn’t strike me as odd, honestly.
