I have. There was a period where I had no dental insurance in my 20s and had to have one after finally being insured. I recommend that you get a basic cleaning at least 2xs a year, purchase an electric toothbrush, brush at least 2xs daily, and floss (or get a water pick) at least once. Maybe purchase some mouth wash such as Listerine to keep the bacteria at bay. Some of us just need a little more care than others due to the bacterial cultures we harbor in our mouths. Much easier than having to endure deep cleanings
