IM ASKING THIS BECAUSE I NEED AN EXCUSE TO YAP ABOUT FEELING GOOD!!
I made myself breakfast today, which seems simple, but i have alot of mental issues that make specifically making breakfast the biggest nightmare of the day
there is a complete mental block so i am often physically unable to make myself breakfast and end up just... not eating? and sometimes i end up getting distracted and not eating lunch either, so the only time i eat is at dinner when i realize i forgot to eat and i nearly pass out from having no energy in my body
SO BREAKFAST IS A HUGE ISSUE FOR ME
BUT ACTUALLY
last night i fell asleep super early (9, i usually go to bed at around 11 for a NORMAL time) and i ended up waking up early!! so i had the energy to get up early!!
and last nights dinner was AMAZING (my dad made peppers stuffed with cheese, rice, and beef, all in a bowl of soup. but im picky so i scraped out the rice beef and cheese and didnt eat the pepper) so i wanted that again. SO I MADE MYSELF TOMATO SOUP!!! AND EVEN IF IT IS "just usign leftovers" FOR ONCE I DIDNT HAVE TO ASK MY MOM FOR BREAKFAST!! AND I FEEL SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!! AND IM ACTUALLY FULL
And incase anyone is wodnering (nobody is wondering, i just like yapping...) i dont have an ED (i used to-) but the reason why i struggle so much with breakfast is both adhd/chronic fatuige/chronic pain
the CF makes me so exhausted in the morning that i just cant get up because im so tired even if i got a full nights sleep
the CP makes it ACTAULLY HURT TO GET UP BECAUSE MY BODY IS SO BROKEN (i dont have it in my bio but i have SOME fucking psychical disability, no idea what it is but baseline- my body does not work and it hurts to do ALOT of things, especially standing and sitting up)
SO I END UP JUST LAYING IN BED WAITING FOR THE PAIN TO GET BETTER-
and the adhd tops it all off with giving me fun silly mental blocks where just the idea of doing something makes me want to explode
SO YAH TODAY IS A GOOD DAY SORRY FOR ALL THE YAPPING
