Would you ever step and stand on top of a penis with all your weight?
I think probably not. I do enjoy causing people pain but I won't do anything that would cause non-cosmetic permanent damage.
Of course, I could be being overcautious. If I could be sure it wouldn't cause permanent damage to the penis and the person in question has given clear and enthusiastic consent, why not?

What's the number one thing you're looking forward to after you get your surgery?
Besides the obvious one of hopefully no longer having genital dysphoria, it's a toss up between having more options for being slutty with both a penis and a vagina (and I do fully intend to one day try to fuck 4 people simultaneously), or feeling less human by having a non-standard loadout :3
