I absolutely love to go back and read lore about both Zhongli and Childe because it shows me how perfecrt they are for each other! Zhongli who willingly turned himself into a seemingly heartless weapon to protect his people, Childe who tells himself that being the perfect weapon is his purpose in life and the best way to protect his family is to deny his feelings. Zhongli who longs for humanity and Childe who can drag him out of the past and into enjoying the moment! They are so!!! <333
