Milky Obese Kirumi who "takes care" of Himiko by breastfeeding her so much she ends up a useless, wheezing blob who can do nothing but eat, sweat like a hog and fart her brains out, she's forever a useless pile of flab who can never do anything meaningful again outside of forever gorging her fat ass and beg in increasingly more incomprehensible voice for more delicious Kirumi tiddy milk who's also eating herself into immobility to keep up with the demand
it started out so normally, too. or at least as normal as things can get. himiko used to ONLY be bed-filling while kirumi was barely mobile enough that she could slam a tit into himiko's face and her milk would naturally flow into her mouth. somewhere down the line things had to get a lot more efficient, a LOT more industrial, to the point that kirumi was suspended from the ceiling of an aircraft hanger with her tits swaying to and fro like the world's largest, meatiest pendulums while himiko's blobby body spanned across the entire floor and rose high like dough in an oven...
i fear that as time passes it will only become inevitable that kirumi's permanently going to have to be wedged onto one of himiko's chinfolds as they both grow larger and it becomes increasingly untenable to even try and plan ahead for the logistics of keeping himiko's appetite satiated
