If my ship, the Dychra Phoenix, were to show up and ask for clearance to land, how'd you go about doing it (I am unfamiliar with Earth, so I'm curious to see if it's similar to other planets)?

Normally we’d just use radio to guide you into an airfield. Personally as long as I can get you clear from other aircraft anyone can come and go through my airspace, like I told Hivemind a while ago with their even bigger ship.
