Hi! I’m not sure if you’re referring to the Wedding Week event or the account as a whole? But authors that write in a language other than English can tag the account for promotion for their fics! It'll just be on a trust basis that they are following the account rules. In terms of the Wedding Week event, if you’re participating via self-prompt submission then you can write in a language other than English. But if you claim a prompt from the prompt list, then the fic will need to be English as all prompts will be in English.
