It depends on the person.

If it's someone she doesn't know or doesn't care much about and has to give them a gift for whatever reason (like a Secret Santa), she buys a kinda expensive gift but not too expensive, but enough so the other person thinks she thought about it and leave her alone (and she would even buy them in some event like Black Friday to spend even less money in someone she doesn't normally talk to LOL).

And when it comes to someone she actually cares about, like a romantic partner or just a close friend, she goes all out buying the really expensive stuff. Or, in some cases, she gets limited items that she knows the other person has been looking for or wants. She's the type who would casually gift someone the latest car and say it's not a big deal lol
