True, it’s not a great relationship. Well it used to be great until it fell apart. Time to yap again (this is still a WIP and might be changed). Lazuli and his younger sibling, Cerulean, used to be close with each other. Lazuli has a bad relationship with their parents, while Cerulean has a good relationship with their parents. Basically Cerulean is like the favorite child, Lazuli was left in the shadows. No one saw Lazuli’s successes, except Cerulean. Cerulean was always there for Lazuli. So, why did they both drifted away? Well, as they grew up, Lazuli faced even more neglect from their parents and their own people. Since everyone saw how “perfect” Cerulean is, they all expected Lazuli to be perfect as well, like Cerulean. They all compared Lazuli to Cerulean, saying that Cerulean is more better, stronger and courageous than Lazuli. They only saw Lazuli’s mistakes, and Cerulean’s successes. Guess what? Lazuli is jealous, Cerulean got everything while Lazuli gets nothing. Cerulean does care about Lazuli, but the jealously was too much. Lazuli blames everyone for leaving him in the shadows, but he blames Cerulean the most. Saying things like:

“You don’t understand Cerulean.. OF COURSE YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND! DO YOU REALLY KNOW HOW MISERABLE I AM WATCHING YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU EVER WANTED..”
“Lazuli, look.. I’ve always cared about you. I know you and everyone else thinks I’m perfect, but I’m not, I make mistakes too..”
“Then how come everyone only sees your successes, and everyone ONLY SAW MY MISTAKES”
“Lazuli.. please listen, I know you’re upset with me. What ever things I do that bothers you, I’m sorry”
“Do you think a single sorry can fix everything? A SORRY WON’T FIX THE FACT THAT I WAS TREATED LIKE SHIT, EVERYONE HATES ME, THEY ALL LEFT ME FOR YOU. WHY IS EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU??”
“Lazuli-”
“EVERYTHING WILL BE BETTER IF YOU NEVER EXISTED, YOU TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY FROM ME THAT I COULD’VE GOT, EVERYONE WOULD’VE SEE THE VALUE IN ME, BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO EXIST!! MY LIFE COULD’VE BEEN BETTER IF YOU NEVER APPEAR IN MY LIFE”
“please..-”
“YOU THINK THAT’S ALL?? YOU ALWAYS SAID YOU LOVED ME, BUT YOU WERE NOT THERE FOR ME WHEN I’M IN THE LOWEST POINT IN MY LIFE. MAYBE YOU HAVE CHANGED, RIGHT?? YOU THINK THAT YOUR FAME IS MORE IMPORTANT??”
“I don’t care about the fame Lazuli..”
“I’ve always thought that you loved me, care for me, and stayed on my side. But no, you’re just like them. You’re not the Cerulean I love, or, I used to love..”

Okay, that’s enough. And then Lazuli had a sword fight with Cerulean. Everyone saw the fight between Lazuli and Cerulean (not the speaking part, only the sword fight itself). Lazuli actually injured Cerulean (injured his eyes). Guess what? Lazuli felt the joy of Cerulean’s pain, just smiles at Cerulean and laughed. Lazuli then got exiled from the kingdom, he doesn’t care at all. He’s now going to his own path, one his own. Meanwhile, Cerulean felt awful. He felt that he could’ve done something to prevent this from happening. Now since Cerulean will never see Lazuli again, Cerulean felt miserable. Even if Lazuli injured Cerulean, Cerulean felt that he deserved it. OKAY I WILL STOP YAPPING NOW 🧚
