im not a system, and i try to stray from DID-centered terminology. though, its true that i am two ponies, and Mikey is more of an identity involving the body and its culmination of memories and traits. being Mikey feels like a large plant, lets say, that needs to be maintained, nurtured, and affirmed. at any point i can dissociate from this and feel wildly uncomfortable until i realize "who i am" in that moment, and i will flourish if i wholly accept that truth. identity can also become completely broken and can rapidly switch between many smaller + more specific things, or i can feel none of it, but those cases are usually when im doing really badly. this is as specific as i can be for now
