So are there specialised medical facilities, hospitals and clinics in your setting, staffed solely by eager feeder Nurses, passionately pro-fat Doctors and devotedly FA Dieticians - All diligently dedicated to ensuring that each and every one of their Patients grow as humongous heavy, enormously obese and massively immobile as physically possible??? (Just a fun li'l idea I felt you could have fun exploring. Hehe!)
I do imagine fat positive clinics exist but they arnt a popular medical monopoly or anything! Like there is obviously a supplier for pas's mobility equipment and medical supplies! The company displays a completely neutral stance on gainers, but you can imagine the kind of employees such a clinic attracts...
