What do you do when you do your skin care but your skin doesn't care? - Go to work with a face like a crumble cake?

Yep. I rarely get spots, but a couple of weeks ago I had a one on the tip of my nose. I looked in the mirror and thought, "WTF, am I fourteen years old now?!"
