hello! since this is a small project and can't guarantee how many sales we'll have, our finances mod has organized a financial plan that allows us to give a monetary, fair pay to every contributor. Even tho this is our main goal, we've planned an alternative compensation, that will depend on further analyses (interest check, production costs, etc).
