I saw someone writing about anxiety - I have chronic anxiety too, but I manage it with meds, relaxation techniques, etc. How do you manage yours?

Identifying and breaking spirals seems vital to me. Not sure how I manage it. Commitment to distraction until I can tell the turbulent 'weather' passed on? Not sure I recommend that, but it gets me through the day and away from self-loathing. It also makes it hard to keep on track of responsibilities.
