Taki is the only one that has piercings and is wearing earrings regularly (i think she only has one that's a real piercing unless I'm forgetting) so she certainly can offer her guidance on the matter. I'm sure she'd be happy to help Tomori if she asked her. But she'd be quite nervous because she doesn't want Tomori to feel pain, so she'd do it really really carefully while asking Tomori how she feels every 5 seconds or so.
