We all know that surgery and nerve poison are often used as beauty enhancement measures. Plus image filters and heavy editing of the photos on top of the former to further enhance the appearance. Do you think this is a harmless fashion or does it indicate problems of the respective users of such measures?

It's only harmless up to a point - filters and whatnot, that's whatever but injecting botulism into your lips is a bridge too far...and it's all because robber barons want to use our insecurities and poor self-image to separate us from our money
