Would you say that wrestling and politics are like hand and glove? I learned that this seems to be a thing at least in the us??

They are the same - boo for the villain and cheer for the hero, yesterday's hero is today's villain and vice versa, it's all about the show, and the politicians aren't interested in helping the people any more than the wrestlers are interested in helping the crowd
